We accept T/T (30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy), 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, and Western Union. The sampling lead time is typically 7-14 days.

For standard brand orders, the delivery time is 7-10 days. For custom ODM/OEM orders, the delivery time ranges from 45-55 days.

We guarantee that all products received by customers are qualified. In the event of any damaged or broken parts, please send detailed photos, and we will arrange for replacement shipments based on the actual conditions.

We sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to secure your unique design and guarantee it will not be sold to other parties. For large-scale orders, we can also establish custom exclusivity agreements.

Are your materials environmentally safe, and do you offer FSC-certified options?
Yes, we strictly use certified, eco-friendly materials. We perform regular SGS testing on paint batches and maintain our own in-house safety testing labs. FSC-compliant materials are also available at a nominal premium of approximately 8% above standard costs.
