We do not share or disclose your personal information to third parties except: When required by law, with your consent, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, or the public. When you use our voice to text and AI question and answer features, we do not store your voice data on our servers. All voice data is used only for the current session and is immediately deleted from our systems after being converted into text.

Generally speaking, our customization options are divided into three categories:

2) Hardware customization: leveraging over a decade of hardware production experience, we can assist you in designing and manufacturing a unique appearance exclusive to your brand.
3) Application customization: We have our own software development team capable of helping you design an AI app tailored specifically to your needs.

One year warranty for our products. We will change it for free when our products have any quality problems.
